Returns
We want every piece to make you feel wonderful. If something isn't right, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to return it.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final-sale items, [undergarments, earrings, gift cards, sale and clearance items, anything bought using a promo code/discount code, and anything other item noted as final-sale] cannot be returned for hygiene and fairness reasons — these are always clearly marked before you buy.
How to start a return: Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions within [2] business days. Returns sent without contacting us first will be delayed and may not be refundable.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the cost is deducted from your refund (since a % of orders are donated to Alzheimer's research and to help caregiving families). We recommend using a tracked service — we can't refund items lost on the way back. However, we will happily pay return shipping for order inaccuracies.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Tell us when you start your return and we'll hold the new size for you if it's in stock.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 5 days with a photo — we'll make it right immediately at no cost to you.
